Ex-Army Chief General VP Malik said PM Narendra Modi's visit to Ladakh and his speech will be a big boost for the morale of soldiers. "I don't know why we have been so quiet this time. I remember during Kargil time, we had daily briefings which was done by MEA and the military. That is the kind of practice we must follow," he said.
