PM Modi: RJD Era Saw Zero Expressways, NDA Cleared Seven

At a rally in Araria, Bihar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a sharp attack on the RJD's 15-year "jungle raj" rule (1990-2005), accusing it of bringing Bihar's development to a complete halt. Modi repeatedly emphasized that during that period, "zero expressways, zero bridges, zero sports complexes, zero medical colleges" were built, calling it a lost generation for Bihar's youth.

He contrasted this with the achievements under the NDA and Nitish Kumar, highlighting the establishment of IIT Patna, AIIMS in Patna and Darbhanga, IIIT Bhagalpur, National Law University, and several new central universities. PM Modi also listed infrastructure gains under the double-engine government, including seven approved expressways and multiple new bridges over the Ganga and Kosi rivers.
