Prime Minister Narendra Modi attacked the opposition for asking who was responsible for the terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama last year that killed 40 soldiers. Pakistan was responsible for the terrorist attack, a Pakistani minister told the country's legislature, in an apparent admission of the country's role in sponsoring cross-border terrorism. PM Modi attacked the opposition amid the election in Bihar and on the 145 th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. He called the opposition's stand "divisive".
