The picturesque mountain town of Gulmarg - for much of India, the most identifiable part of Kashmir - has been taken under the wing of National Conference minister and Farooq Abdullah's brother Mustafa Kamal. Under him, Gulmarg acquired a general hospital and other facilities. Yet, many accuse Mustafa Kamal of pushing a personal agenda.
