On The Social Network, we discuss how Justice Katju's remark on 90% Indians being 'idiots' and two students deciding to take him on legally has sent the social media abuzz. Many, of course, feel that someone of Justice Katju's stature should not be making loose comments of this nature, but many also feel what he said was in the realm of metaphor and free speech, and that he shouldn't be penalised for it.
