National Building Construction Corporation Limited and USHA Silai School have collaborated in the industrial township of Rourkela which is known for its steel factory for providing training to women in this area. As women complete the course in stitching at the training centre, they will be monitored for the next one year by trainers so that they can make the most of their new learning.
