Should the Dalai Lama visit Tawang?
The Dalai Lama's visit comes amidst deterioating bilateral ties between India & China. First, it was China claiming the whole of Arunachal Pradesh and then, protests over Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's visit to, what it calls, a 'disputed region'.
