Shashi Tharoor resigns after Congress says enough
According to Rashtrapati Bhavan spokesperson, "The President on the recommendation of the Prime Minister has accepted the resignation of Shashi Tharoor, Minister of State for External Affairs from the council of ministers with immediate effect."
