Union minister Sachin Pilot will head the Congress in Rajasthan, a state where the party lost power after a humiliating defeat in assembly polls last month. Mr Pilot, 36, represents Ajmer constituency and is the Minister of Corporate Affairs in the Union Cabinet. Seen to be close to Rahul Gandhi, Mr Pilot takes over as Rajasthan Congress chief three months before the national election.
