Nationalist Congress Party chief Sharad Pawar on Friday said his party will not form an alliance with the Shiv Sena. "And they will not approach us as they have an understanding with the BJP," he said in an interview with NDTV, adding that he and his alliance partner Congress will take interest in issues affecting the people of the state.
