Lokpal Bill, cleared by cabinet, slammed by Anna Hazare, BJP
The much-awaited Lokpal Bill, intended as the antidote to systemic corruption, has been cleared by the cabinet today. It will now be presented in the Rajya Sabha. Once it is cleared there, it will move to the Lok Sabha.
