A day after he was arrested on murder charges for fake encounters in Kashmir there have been as many as eight more complaints against the SSP of Ganderbal Hans Raj Parihar. Meanwhile, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing fake encounters in J&K has completed basic investigations into six cases.
