India will launch its Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) Wednesday morning from Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh. The 295-tonne rocket will carry four satellites - two Indian and one each from Argentina and Indonesia in the Rs 300 crore mission.
