Veteran anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare has announced that he will end his fast today. The decision to end the three-day hunger strike, which began yesterday at the MMRDA Grounds in Mumbai, comes in the wake of the 74-year-old Gandhian not keeping well. Doctors today strongly advised him to call off his fast, saying it could lead to kidney failure.
