Gujjars lay siege to rail tracks, roads; want talks on their own terms
Apart from flights, rail and road traffic in northwest India remains affected due to the Gujjar agitation for quota in Rajasthan. Responding to the government's offer, Gujjar leader Col Bainsla has agreed to negotiate.
