Fresh allegations of EVM fraud favouring the BJP have emerged in Uttar Pradesh - after the first phase of polling for the state's local body allegations . Similar allegations had been made after the BJP's massive victory in the UP assembly polls earlier this year, the Election Commission had denied any fraud back them, and has said this time too that the allegations are wrong.
