'No to law for dishonour killings'

Even as a young man is beheaded and a girl killed in Haryana for eloping against their families' wishes, Rohtak MP Deepender Hooda tells NDTV that there is no need for a new law on honour killings. He is the son of Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda. Both men have not condemned the killings. Nor have other politicians from Haryana.
