Former Union Minister Yashwant Sinha today praised the Indian democracy as polling is underway in Jharkhand's Hazaribagh where several people turned up in the morning to exercise their franchise. The second phase of polling is underway in four Lok Sabha constituencies in Jharkhand today. With this phase, election will be over in 424 seats and polling in the remaining 118 seats will be held on May 12 and 19. Election to 542 Lok Sabha seats is being conducted in seven phases between April 11 and May 19.
