The CBI will file its chargesheet against the main accused in kidney scam, Amit Kumar and his brother Jeevan Kumar and a few others on Tuesday. The chargesheet is likely to be filed in a Delhi court. Senior CBI officials said that after legal deliberations, the CBI may not chargesheet the recipients of the kidneys.
