The Supreme Court is hearing today the CBI's challenge to the Delhi High Court order suspending the life sentence and granting bail to former BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar in the 2017 Unnao rape case. The survivor has said she is shattered by the bail order and fears for her family's safety.
