After NDTV reported how a man from Bihar, in need of urgent medical attention, was turned away by leading government hospitals in Delhi, the AAP government has said that it will bear the expenses of his surgery. "We will pay for his surgery," Health Minister Satyender Jain told NDTV, admitting that there are "many gaps in our health system."
