UPA should be able to win vote on FDI in retail: Aditi Phadnis
Aditi Phadnis feels that the government should be able to win a vote on FDI in retail in Parliament. She thinks that the BSP will vote with the UPA and that SP also wouldn't want the government to be under risk.
