Billionaire Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries is conducting its 44th annual general meeting (AGM) on Thursday, June 23. The annual general meeting of oil-to-telecom conglomerate RIL - was conducted through a video webcast for the second time in a row amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Reliance Industries announced a slew of deals, including the introduction of the Saudi Aramco Chairman Yasir Al Rumayyan on the board of Reliance Industries, who will join as an independent director.
