Motherson Sumi to Complete German Acquisition by January

Pankaj Mital, COO, Motherson Sumi Systems told NDTV, the Rs 283-crore acquisition of German firm Scherer & Trier is expected to be completed by January 2015. The acquisition will be EPS or earnings per share accretive from the first year itself, he added.
