Ravi Uppal, Managing Director & Group CEO, Jindal Steel & Power Limited, felt that the Finance Minister could have done better when it came to highlighting how sectors crucial for manufacturing - steel and mining -will benefit from the budget, given that these sectors are going through a very bad phase.
