DLF not to sell Aman Resorts

DLF has refused three offers to sell Aman Resorts in the last quarter. These offers came from Banyan Tree, Khazanah and the Singapore sovereign fund GIC. The company had not gone ahead with sale primarily because it was not satisfied by the valuations.
