Beauclerc Advisory Services managing director Andrew Popper talks to NDTV Profit about whether globally markets are seeing the start of a consolidation phase that could last a few weeks. He says the chances of the Fed cutting its bond-buying programme in the coming weeks are grim. He further says that tapering of the quantitative easing could realistically start in March.
