Ahead of the Union Budget 2013 and the announcement of GDP growth data, Raghuram Rajan, Chief Economic Advisor to the Finance Ministry, speaks to NDTV Profit’s Sapna Das about the economic growth and inflation. According to Mr Rajan, India is at a turning point on the growth front and a 5-5.5 per cent GDP growth is too low for an economy of this size.
