Plan to Hive off Defence Business: Rolta India
K K Singh, CMD of Rolta India, said they plan to hive off their defence business into a separate wholly owned subsidiary in this financial year. Defence contributes about 15 per cent to the company's revenues, but has the potential to grow manifold, he added.
