Five days after saying the time for talks was over, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, appeared to strike a rather different note today as he said he would test Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan on keeping his word on terror. Is there an attempt to dial down tensions on a day President Donald Trump said America was involved in the process to end a very dangerous situation between India and Pakistan in the aftermath of the Pulwama attacks? Also, amid a major overnight crackdown on separatists in Jammu and Kashmir in which over a 100 people have been arrested, the centre has rushed 10,000 paramilitary soldiers to the state.
