Oberoi Realty to launch residential project on land bought from Tatas

Vikas Oberoi, chairman and managing director of Oberoi Realty says the company will launch a residential project on the Borivali land parcel bought from Tata Steel. Prices are likely to start at Rs 15,000 per sq feet, he added.
