In an exclusive interview to NDTV, India's Finance Secretary RS Gujral said that there is no provision for tax arbitration under the India-Netherlands Bilateral Investment Promotion and Protection Agreement (BIPPA) with Vodafone. The government will, however, wait for the retrospective clarification in the Finance Bill to be vetted by the Parliament before filing its response to the arbitration notice.
