Prada, Crocs and now German flat footwear brand Birkenstock has entered the ‘chappal chori’ gate. Birkenstock is cracking down on several manufacturers and sellers in India for producing and selling replicas of their iconic cork sandals.
A case has been filed in Delhi High Court against several factories and individuals. NDTV’s Mayank Choudhary brings this report.
