'No alliance with RJD in Bihar'
As the Congress tries hard to reinvent itself in Bihar, Shakeel Ahmed, Union Minister for Home and sitting Congress MP from Madhubani in the state, who is in fact trying to refrain his seat, has ruled out any alliance with Lalu Yadav's RJD.
