Union Minister Nitin Gadkari fainted during an election rally in Maharashtra's Yavatmal on Tuesday afternoon. Mr Gadkari - who contested the first phase of the Lok Sabha election as the BJP's Nagpur candidate - was campaigning for Rajashree Patil, who is from Chief Minister Eknath Shinde's faction of the Shiv Sena, and is the ruling Mahayuti alliance's pick for the Yavatmal-Washim seat.
