The festive and holiday cheer may be in the air but unfortunately so is toxic pollution. Yesterday, was the coldest day for Delhi in 2018. When it is cold, pollution levels skyrocket. Which is why today has been the second most polluted day of 2018. Post Diwali, this Delhi and neighboring areas have witnessed the worst air What's worse, Delhi's air is set to get even more toxic over the next two days. Emergency pollution measures have been implemented and construction has been banned but this quick fix has done little or nothing to help the residents.
