Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expanded his cabinet, with former Congress leader Jitin Prasada the most high-profile new face in the ruling BJP administration; 15 members have been inducted into the new Punjab cabinet -- six of them completely new and at least one returning to the ministerial position after three years.
