Lack Of Pre-Monsoon Rain Sends Temperatures Soaring In North India

At least 36 cities in the country have recorded temperatures above 44 degrees, mainly from UP, Haryana & Punjab. The reason temperatures are 3-5 degrees above the norm is the lack of pre-monsoon showers.
