A civil officer in Haryana who was seen on camera telling policemen to "crack the heads" of farmers at a protest will face action, Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala said. Meghalaya Governor Satya Pal Malik has once again backed farmers protesting the three farm laws and criticised the BJP. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday indicated that Pakistan, after losing two wars to India, had started resorting to proxy war and that terrorism had become an integral part of its state policy.
