It has been three days since the BJP's resounding win in the three Hindi heartland states of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. But the party has not announced who would be chief ministers in the three states from among a long list of probables. Several meetings have been held. Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP chief JP Nadda, too, have been meeting several leaders. Another meeting was held today between Mr Shah and Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the PM's house in Delhi. Today's meeting was the second consecutive session; yesterday, the leaders had a four-hour huddle. Earlier today, the MPs who resigned from parliament after winning in the assembly election met PM Modi.
