After Caste Survey, Nitish Kumar Proposes Quota Increase

According to the data from the Bihar government's caste-based survey, 34 per cent  of all families in Bihar survive on less than Rs 6,000 per month, and 42 per cent of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes households live in poverty.
