The police have arrested an autorickshaw driver in the alleged rape of a 15-year-old girl, Ujjain Superintendent of Police Sachin Sharma told NDTV. He cited the "decadence of human values" as the motive behind the crime, and also said that action will be taken against all those who shooed away the survivor.
