Eight civilians today died in Pakistan firing in the largest single day casualty at the border. Two children and four women were among those dead. India, in retaliation, killed two Pakistan soldiers and destroyed 14 of their posts. Since the surgical strikes, Pakistan has violated ceasefire more than 60 times. On The Buck Stops Here, we debate: is the 2003 ceasefire as good as dead? Will the end of the ceasefire hurt India as much as it may hurt Pakistan?
