Prime Minister Narendra Modi reaches out to the media, in a Diwali 'milan' in Delhi. True to form, the Prime Minister walked into the media contingent, happily posing for selfies with reporters; and while he did speak briefly on the role of the media in pushing campaigns such as the 'Swachh Bharat' campaign, he didn't take any questions from journalists. So the big question remains, through this interaction, has PM Modi redefined his relationship with the media?
