PM today chaired a meeting to review the Indus Waters Treaty. PM is said to have told those present at the meeting that "blood and water cannot flow together". India won't be abrogating the treaty but has taken a tough stand by suspending the Indus Water Commission talks and aims to maximise the benefits of the so-called 'western rivers'.
