No-Trust Vote: Opposition's 'Baazigar' Moment?
The opposition moved the no confidence motion in Lok Sabha this week. If we look at the numbers, NDA, with over 300 seats, is very comfortable as far as winning any form of trust vote is concerned. The opposition says it has no option but to move the motion to force Prime Minister Narendra Modi to speak on Manipur in parliament. So, technically opposition will end up losing the trust vote but they may end up winning in getting the PM Modi on the floor of the house. In this battle of narratives, will this 'Baazigar' movement help the I.N.D.I.A. alliance's position?
