Singur farmers wait for return of land

Singur in West Bengal's Hooghly district almost became home to a Tata Nano factory. Singur is also the place that paved Mamata Banerjie's path to the chief minister's chair. Yet hundreds of people are still waiting for the land acquired for the Nano factory forcibly. Most are banking on Mamata to deliver. Others still want industry in Singur.
