In a second round of searches by the Enforcement Directorate, the officials claimed to have found more cash from an apartment in a Kolkata suburb belonging to Arpita Mukherjee, a close aide of senior Bengal minister Partha Chatterjee. This is in connection with a teachers' recruitment scam in which the Enforcement Directorate has already arrested Partha Chatterjee. Last week, the probe agency claimed to have found 20 crores in cash at Ms Mukherjee's home and released photos and videos of huge piles of money.
