Chef, Restaurateur, Cookbook writer and Humanitarian, Vikas Khanna at the #SwadesBuildingLivelihoods highlighted how skills are more important than education in today's day and age. Mr Khanna said that it is very difficult to get jobs if a person is not skilled. He says that there are many people with education degrees today, and therefore being skilled is what makes you stand out to the employers.
