Weather Office Issues Red Alert For Assam, Meghalaya

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a red alert for Assam and Meghalaya, predicting heavy to very heavy rainfall over the next few days. Four people died in Guwahati on Tuesday due to landslides triggered by incessant rainfall.
